7．参赛资格及分组Competition Qualification and Drawing

(一)参赛资格    Qualification

1、历届“张连伟”杯青少年高尔夫球邀请赛各组冠军；
　　ALL past winners of each level’s in the “Zhang Lianwei” Cup Junior Golf Invitational. 

2、第六届“张连伟”杯青少年高尔夫球邀请赛各组前五名；
　　The player who was top 5 of any level’s in the 6th “Zhang Lianwei” Cup Junior Golf Invitational.

3、2007 中国青少年高尔夫球公开赛各组冠军；
　　The winner of  ALL level’s in the 2007 China Junior Golf Open.

4、2007 中国青少年比洞锦标赛各组冠军；
　　The winner of any level’s in the 2007 China Junior Golf Match-Play Championship. 

5、2007 全国青少年高尔夫球锦标赛各组冠军；
　　The winner of any level’s in the 2007 National Junior Golf Championship.

6、2006、2007中信银行青少年高尔夫球对抗赛分区赛各组前三名；
　　The player who was top 3 of any level’s in the each area of 2006 & 2007 China Citic Bank Junior Golf Challenge.  

7、中国高尔夫球协会最新公布的青少年积分排行榜各组前五；
　　Top 5 players of each level on the updated China Junior Ranking by China Golf Association.     

8、最新香港青少年排名各组排行第一；
　　The Leading player of each level on the updated Hong Kong Junior ranking.     

9、2006 香港青少年公开赛各组冠军；
　　The winners of any level’s in the 2006 Hong Kong Junior Open  
  
10、2006 年台湾青少年排名赛各组冠军；
　　The winner of any level’s in the 2006 Taiwan Junior Ranking Competition.   
  
11、其它国家或地区赛事且被该国高协认可的青少年高尔夫赛事冠军；
　　Another approbatory countries’ or areas’ junior competition winner.    

12、张连伟先生推荐的青少年选手10 人；
　　10 junior players recommendatory by Mr. Zhang Lianwei.       

13、承办单位推荐的青少年选手20人；
　　20 junior players recommendatory by EVENT HOST undertake unit.   
     
14、其它赞助商推荐的青少年选手5 人；
　　5 junior players recommendatory by other co-sponsors.  

（二）、年龄18周岁以下（以2007年8月16日24：00以前）符合下列年龄组：

　　A、15-17岁男、女选手

8．竞赛办法   Competition Rules

1.11-12岁、13-14岁、15-17岁年龄组的比赛采用两轮36洞（即每轮18洞）比赛的方式，根据每名选手两轮（36洞）的总杆成绩排定个人名次。
　　11-12 group,13-14 group and 15-17 group will be decided by stroke play over two rounds of 18 holes.

2.8岁以下、9-10岁年龄组的比赛采用两轮18洞（即每轮9洞）比赛的方式，根据每名选手两轮（18洞）中的总杆成绩排定个人名次。
　　Below 8 group and 9-10 group will be decided by stroke play over two rounds of 9 holes.

3.根据每位选手比赛的总杆数累计总成绩，杆数低者名次列前。如各组的第一名出现平分，则采取“骤死式”逐洞赛决定；第二、三名并列时则以倒计数的方式决定名次，即首先看最后一轮的成绩，若相同则看最后九洞的成绩，仍然相同则采取从最后一洞逐洞倒计数的方式决定。如仍相同则采用抽签的方式来决定名次。
　　The place in the competition will be bases on the two days lowest total score. If in the competition of a tie after 2 rounds, the winner will be decided by a play-off by stroke play. If the tie second and tie third will be decided by score of the last round, if same score the last round, there will decided by score of the last 9 holes; if same again, there will decided by the last hole; if all the score are same, there will be decided by draw.    

4.比赛时必须穿着高尔夫球服装，专用球鞋，自备比赛器材。
　　All Players must be wear golf shirt, golf shoes at all the time. They need prepare all the competition equipment by themselves.

5.B组参赛球员比赛期间不可使用球童必须自行背包参赛；C组球员可使用手推车；D、E组每位球员必须配备一名名商球会的球童。赛事组委会将在每组配备一名记分球童。所有的选手家长不允许担当球童工作。
　　The players of Group A & Group B are can not using caddies, they are must be carry their golf bags by themselves. The players of Group C can use the golf trolley. The players of Group D & Group E must be use a caddie of Noble Merchant Golf Club. The competition committee will send a caddie to each flight do the scoring. All players’ parents can not be caddie for all competitors.         

9．竞赛日程    Tournament Schedule
　　8月13日： 选手报到及练习日；
　　2007-8-13: Players registers & practice day

　　8月14日： 上午中国首席高尔夫球员张连伟先生将亲临现场对参赛选手进行辅导；
  中午举行亲子配对赛（9洞）（每个家庭组队）；
  晚上将在深圳威尼斯酒店举行亲子配对赛颁奖晚宴及选手欢迎晚宴；请所有参加晚宴的选手及家长必须正装出席。
　　2007-8-14: The China doyen professional golfer Mr. Zhang Lianwei will be come to the tournament for teaching in the morning;
  The Parents – Child competition (9 holes) starting at lunch time.
  The Parents – Child competition prize giving and players welcome dinner will be stage at the Shenzhen Crowne Plaza Hotel. All the competitors and parents must be wearing formal dress.
　　8月15日： 第一轮比杆赛；
　　2007-8-15: ROUND 1
　　8月16日： 第二轮比杆赛及颁奖仪式。
　　2007-8-16: final round and prize Presentation

10．竞赛规则　　CGA ＆　Ｒ＆Ａ Rules
　　比赛采用中国高尔夫球协会最新审定的，由苏格兰圣安德鲁斯皇家古老高尔夫球
　　俱乐部及美国高尔夫球协会批准的2004版的《高尔夫规则》以及竞赛委员会制定的当地规则。
　　The competition is use the 2004 edition Rules of Golf as approved by R & A Rules Limited and USGA Rules Committee which authorized by China Golf Association and in accordance with the Local Rules approved by competition committee.
     
11．录取名次及奖励　　Tournament　Awarding
     奖励各组男、女子前三名的选手颁发奖杯和奖品；各组前六名的男、女选手颁发由张连伟先生亲笔签名的证书。
The first three players of any level’s men and ladies will receive prize and trophy; first six players of any level’s men and ladies will receive a certificate sign by Mr. Zhang Lianwei.

12．裁判员及工作人员  Referee & Official Staff
　　裁判员由已批准的国家裁判员担任、工作人员由主办单位统一委派。
　　The referees are approved by national qualification. The official staffs are accreditation by main unit.
  
13．积分排名    Ranking      
　　参加本邀请赛的男、女选手所获得的积分将纳入中国高尔夫球协会设立的积分排名系统。
　　ＷＩＮＮＩＮＧ　points of this competition (including Men & Ladies’ group) will put into the China Golf Association’s ranking system.

14．报名和报到   Entry & Registration
　　各参赛单位的选手应于8月8日下午17：30前将报名单及参赛选手身份证的复印件向中信朝向高尔夫管理有限公司报名。
　　All competitors should send the entry form and competitor’s ID to Citic Forward Golf Management Company before 2007-08-08 5:30pm.

　　参赛选手必须在8月13日08：30--14：00之间持本人（身份证、户口本或护照及获奖证书原件）到比赛地点向组委会报到。如有特殊情况不能及时报到者，必须事先通知组委会，无故未按时报到者，作弃权处理。
　　All competitors must be check in at 2007-08-13 from 08:30am to 02:00pm and all competitor must be holding their ID(personal ID, registered permanent residence certificate and award certificate). If the competitor can not be register in time with the specially reason, must be inform competition committee. If the competitor can not be register in time with no any reasons, will be disposal as disclaim.

15．经费   Entry Fee
　　参赛选手参赛费为每人400元、亲子赛每队家庭400元，报到时统一交纳，由中信朝向高尔夫管理有限公司统一收取。
　　The entrance fee is RMB400 per each player, RMB400 per a family team at Parents – child competition, although preferred payment by cash to Citic Forward Golf Management Company at the registration.
